How come when you use the "caps lock" on your keyboard, it only works on the letter keys and not the numbers or punctuation keys?

I don't know if this happens to you, but reading the word Beijing makes me think my vision has been blurred.

Saying frozen tundra is redundant. Tundra by defination is frozen.
