In the Florida case Access Now v. Southwest Airlines, a "Visually Impaired" guy sued Southwest under the ADA because his audio text reader couldn't read their website. Recognizing the ramifications of this lawsuit, TOG quickly put together a crack legal team to fend off any potential lawsuits. But luckily common sense won by decision, and TOG sent those dirty blood-sucking leech-lawyers on their way.
